That's interesting! I had no idea, but after you commented, I did look them up, most are by an artist called Edward Steichen...I guess he worked for Vanity fair. and yes, George hurrell is credited with inventing the hollywood Glamour shot!:)

It’s nice to see some one take an interest; some of these might have been taken by a photographer named George Hurrell, who developed this style in the 1920’s. I like it +1
