Actually some people like the bright lights version, which is even and plain, and does not cast artful shadows, but this is art - so I chose the dim lights version.

She may be conversing with her loved one (bf) or a girl pal about their shopping plans for the day (or evening). Well, it need not be romantic.

As for choosing Amber Pyper over other models for this scene: She had the right pose and eye focus for the aimed-for webcam effect.

Also the photographer's camera was in a good position/at the proper distance.
