Hey Scotman, that's Biden (the cartoon was derived from the day our fallen soldiers came home in caskets after being blown up at the airport in Afghanistan and Biden kept looking at his watch while the caskets were being taken off the plane). The heartless slob is Joseph Biden! Biden doesn't give a damn about our military personnel. Biden also doesn't care about the Americans he left behind in Afghanistan or those who helped America in Afghanistan during the war years (multitudes of whom are still there).
