I always feel so sad when I see paintings of them...knowing she mourned him so terribly for such a long time...I always wish they had more time together. A very happy, compatible marriage...a rarity of those times considering that arranged marriages and the tolerant policy that if a man did not care for his wife, he stayed with her anyway and took a mistress. But this marriage was the exception ;)
